Survival Guide-Digital is designed to help jobseekers navigate the complexities of job-searching online.  It will improve digital skills and provide support for those who are new to online job seeking – covering all of the basics and also some specific activities such as using Indeed and other job boards, uploading personal documents securely and coping with online assessments.

This programme will also upskill jobseekers in the basic IT skills that are now necessary for finding, applying and retaining jobs in this digital/online era.

This programme is suitable for beginners or for those that just need to refresh and update their IT skills.  It has been specifically designed for disadvantaged jobseekers and those experiencing barriers to work.
